The Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC) are parishioners who assist the priest and deacon in distributing the Body and Blood of Christ during Mass. This ministry is a sacred privilege and an act of deep love for Jesus and His Church.

To serve the People of God by ensuring the reverent and prayerful distribution of the Eucharist, supporting the beauty, dignity, and good order of every Mass.
How We Serve

Distribute Holy Communion at weekend Masses, Holy Days, and other liturgical celebrations.

Serve the community with humility, reverence, and prayerful presence.
Get Involved & Training

Training is required for all new ministers to understand both the spiritual significance and liturgical procedures of this sacred ministry.

Those discerning this role should be fully initiated Catholics (having received Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist) and live in harmony with the teachings of the Church.
Time Commitment
-
Typically one hour per assigned Mass, serving as scheduled.

Additional opportunities may arise for Holy Day celebrations or special liturgies.
