Church Rebuild

A Letter from Fr. Reggie:

Dear Parishioners,

It is with great hope and joy I share with you one of the most important projects our parish has ever undertaken: our plans for rebuilding our church after the devastating fire on May 1, 2019.

We have made great progress. Construction is underway and by October 2021, we hope to open wide the doors to our new church building, welcoming all our families and the community to our new spiritual home to encounter the love of Christ for years to come.

Our parish is home to 960 families and growing! Our parish includes many who have grown up here, some were part of the original construction of the parish, some have moved here from other states or  countries. No matter where we come from, we all find ourselves together, during this time. Now is the time to build upon the past to do God’s will for our parish today.

I am grateful to those families who have already made a gift or pledged their support! A special thank you to our Rebuild Committee, ministries and all who have made generous sacrifices and are helping our parish to rise from the ashes.

I would like to invite your family and all who make up our community to prayerfully consider how you can help.  All gifts are important, no gift is too small or large, and all gifts when put together will help us make our new church a reality! Let us move forward boldly, knowing that generations to come will experience the fruit of our love.

Peace & Blessings,

Fr. Regidor Carreon
