Pastoral Care
Pastoral Care – Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Bringing Christ’s Presence to the Homebound and Ill
The Pastoral Care Ministry extends the love and mercy of Christ by bringing the Eucharist to parishioners who are homebound, hospitalized, or living in care centers. Through this ministry, we unite those who cannot attend Mass with the Body of Christ—the Church—by sharing both Holy Communion and the healing presence of Jesus.
If you or a loved one would like to receive Holy Communion at home or in a facility, please call the Parish Office on weekdays at (602) 996-5120.
Mission & Vision
Rooted in our Baptismal call to serve, the Pastoral Care Ministry is dedicated to reflecting the compassion of Christ to the elderly, sick, and disabled. Each visit becomes an encounter with the living Christ, present in the Eucharist and in the love shared between minister and recipient.
We serve with love, integrity, and faith, following the example of Jesus, who came to heal and to comfort those in need.
